Migrants are helping produce postage stamps at the Note Printing Branch of the Reserve Bank of Australia in Melbourne. They represent 10 per cent of the Branch's work force. Beside postage stamps, postal notes and other stamped postal material, the Branch produces Australian currency notes, Treasury bonds, tax instalment stamps, cheque forms, and securities for Australian island territories.
