During Tasmanian Immigration Week, June 5-12 1960, a survey disclosed that post-war migrants made up about 10 per cent of the men and women who kept Hobart "ticking" and plan and build for the future. These people ranged from architects to bricklayers, from typists to bus drivers. They work in factories and offices, shops and power stations. Guardians of the law is a migrant from Holland.
