Mario de Vivo, 34, father of seven children, had only 8 pounds when he came to Australia from Pier delle Vigne 6, Naples in October 1949. Now he has just won high praise for his building technique from the Queensland Government plus a 423,000 pounds contract to build 150 homes. Mr de Vivo with various sized aggregate which is mixed with cement in the "no-fines" process to build houses. The concrete contains no sand or fine gravel
