Catering. Robert Hulsebosch, 22, is one of the youngest top flight chefs in Australia. He migrated with his family in 1957 from Rotterdam. After attending the Balgowlah (Sydney) High School, he went to the East Sydney Technical College to study cooking. He now works at "Four Canoes a fashionable Sydney restaurant, where he recently created and named a new dish for Australian Soprano, Joan Sutherland.
