Gouda cheese - Australia. A dairy technologist trained in the Netherlands, he was sent out to Australia to start a milk processing factory and decided to stay. Milk for his Gouda cheese comes from a large dairy farm he has developed at Bamawn in Northern Victoria. Mr Kingma and his wife, Dienne, have four children. They arrived in Australia in 1951.
