Mick Darton who migrated from Lewes Heath, Horsmonden, Kent, in 1949 is now Australia's only skiing postmaster. three years ago he built the longest ski rope tow in the Southern Hemisphere at Thredbo, a major Australian ski resort in NSW, where he is now a postmaster.
