Brothers in law, Dirk van Luin and Leo Schuyt, from Baas Ganzendonck Straat, West Amsterdam, are tickling the palates of South Australian diners with dishes that are typically Dutch, and obviously very popular. Dirk 28, and Leo 17, his chef assistant, are the cooking staff in the all Dutch "Amsterdam" restaurant opening in August with a policy of employing only Dutch people to cook and serve Dutch and Indonesian meals the lunch time trade is already among the largest in the city. Leo Schuyt left, the chef apprentice, and his brother in lay "master" Dirk van Luin, with tempting fare for diners at Adelaide's "Amsterdam" restaurant.
