Only four months in Australia, 20 years old Italian girl immigrant Rosanna Ferreghini, from Premariacco-Udive, near Trieste, has won the title of "Queen of Industry" from a field of over 70 girls nominated from factories in all parts of Sydney. The contest was run by a Sydney newspaper (The "Daily Mirror") and a commercial radio station (2SM Sydney), to attract funds for crippled children. The quest raised over 2300 Australian Pounds for the cause. Rosanna is crowned winner of the "Queen of Industry" Quest at the Chevron Hilton Hotel, Sydney, by the three judges, (l to r) Jim McDougall, "Daily Mirror" columnist; Miss June Dalley-Watkins, principal of a leading Sydney school for fashion models; and Col Joye, popular Australian singer
