Rudolph Gugel, 32, who migrated from Voegisheim, Muellheim, Baden, in 1951, to dance with an Australian ballet company, has become a taxi driver in a South Australian town, and president of the local Aborigines Advancement League. He says that breaking a bone in a foot during a dance was a "lucky break". He has been happy in other employment ever since. His ambition now is to continue helping natives in the northern centre of Port Augusta, and eventually to get a Government job as a native reserves patrol welfare officer. Rudolf Gugel studies an agenda at a recent meeting of the South Australian Aborigines Advancement League with Aboriginal welfare worker, Miss Ivy Mitchell
