
Some 30 new settlers from Britain, Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Holland, Poland and Yugoslavia are among 200 men working on a project to double the size of the famous Murrumbidgee Irrigation Areas within 10 years. Polish-born fitter Jan Grzeszkowiak, 48, who works in the Darlington Point maintenance shops of the Coleambally project. He has been in Australia eight years.
