Some 30 new settlers from Britain, Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Holland, Poland and Yugoslavia are among 200 men working on a project to double the size of the famous Murrumbidgee Irrigation Areas within 10 years. Scot Ken Duncan, 35, from Inverness, is a mechanical foreman on the Coleambally project. He saw Australia as a member of the Royal Navy in 1945 and married an Australian girl. They have a new house at Darlington Point, administrative centre for the irrigation project
