Viennese Erich Pewal, who says his passage tickets to Australia proved to be winning tickets in a "lottery". The "prizes" for Erich : Two of Perth's most popular hairdressing salons. Through hard work and enterprise he has built up a business worth 6 000 - 8 000 Pounds, in three and a half years. He and his wife stepped ashore in Freemantle with only 15 Pounds. He is one of the city's most popular stylists, and employs 13 hairdressers. Next year he and his wife will make an eight-month trip to Europe to pick up new hairdressing ideas, equipment and staff.
