Many post-war migrants are among 30,000 people who live in the New South Wales Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area, regarded as the richest 600 square miles of country in Australia. Well developed vineyard at the village of Bilbul, near Griffith, in the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area. Italian migrant Romeo De Bortoli, who came to Australia eight years ago from Asolo, Treviso, North Italy. He is at work in the MIA winery established by his cousin, Vittorio De Bortoli. The winery makes some 130,000 gallons a year
