Self-employed. Australian Friends in Liberia (West Africa) were responsible for Mr Leo Uittenbogaard's emigration to Australia in 1951. From Rotterdam in Holland, Mr Uittenbogaard and his wife Catherina Bruinsma, from Tilburg, lived for 13 years in Liberia, where Mr Uittenbogaard was manager of an export and import business.
