When Dutchman Martin de Kort is not curing the hair of Australians, he is painting or sculpting them. Mr de Kort, 31, who migrated 9 years ago from Nieuw Straat, Raalte, is a self taught artist. He usually paints in water colours, and carves wood in conventional still life and modern impressionist works. He owns his own business in Redcliffe, a seaside town near Brisbane, QLD, and his shop and home are taxed to accommodate the paintings and sculptures he has done in recent years.
