Melbourne's Hungarian Art Festival had been so successful that another would be held next year, the founder and president of the festival, Mr Kalman Solymossy, said last month. Mr Solymossy, 32, wrote and choreographed - and danced in - the ballet, The White Elk, which 7000 people saw at three performances during the festival. Lajos Mersits, 24, who migrated from Hungary seven years ago, holds 'swamp queen' Elizabeth Mrongovius, who was born in Poland of Russian parents. Elizabeth combined the roles of publicity officer, and costume designer during the Festival. She has been in Australia for 14 years
