Former Californian Josephine Caddy found an Australian women's magazine her biggest fillip to success as an artist, when she ran a story about her ability to paint child portraits. A million readers saw her gift sketch of a friend's daughter reproduced with a feature article; and submissions have been flowing into her Norton Summit studio in SA, ever since. Josephine in her second migration to Australia can now earn a living by painting full-time. Josephine Caddy seen at work in her studio at Norton Summit, SA.
