Mrs A J Moody, Deputy Chief of Mission in charge of Operations in Athens of the Intergovernmental Committee for European migration, visited Australia on a charter flight with a party of Greek single women who had trained under her supervision. During her Australian tour Mrs Moody visited Canberra, Melbourne, the migrant reception centre at Bonegilla, Berri, SA, where a group of Greek single women were working in a fruit canning and Sydney. Highlight of the Sydney appointments was a social meeting at the YWCA, Sydney, on the Sunday afternoon, with more than 30 Greek girls who had passed through the ICEM-Australian scheme. The girls are working at private homes, hospitals and factories in the Sydney area
