Former Birmingham man Ivor Llewellyn, a keen rugby player in his younger days, is now a coach to 74 boys in a junior Australian Rules football club in Perth. Mr Llewellyn, formerly of 67, Stanfield Road, Quinton, Birmingham, migrated to WA with his wife, Betty, and two children in 1943; a third child was born in Australia. The family now lives at 69, Todd Avenue, Como, a Perth riverside suburb. Before migrating they lived at 100, Amesbury Avenue, Streatham Hill London. A former navigator wireless operator in the Royal Air Force, Mr Llewellyn is a cartographer in charge of photogrammetry section of the WA Lands and Surveys Department.
