The Department of Immigration has commissioned a 16 mm colour film on the activities of the Good Neighbour movement at a cost of about 7000 Pounds. The half-hour film, to be entitled "The Helping Hand", will be first seen on the ABC television network throughout Australia and then made available to State prints of the film will also be made available to State Good Neighbour Councils to help them inform the public of their work.
