A special Qantas charter flight brought 119 British undergraduates to Australia for a three months visit on July 2, 1964. The graduates, including 22 women, flew to Australia during their University vacation under the sponsorship of the Inter-University Australia Committee in London which represents student's organizations, the Australian Government and the British firms with Australian interests.
