Seventy-five settlers from eleven countries became Australian citizens and British subjects at a naturalisation ceremony at Keilor, Victoria on November 29, 1964. The ceremony was conducted by the Mayor of Keilor, Councillor JA Moushall. New settlers take the Oath of Allegiance at Keilor
