Mr Patrick N Robinson, a former proprietor of three Park Royal, London, cafes, now owns the largest colony of koalas in the world - 110 koala bears and also 90 kangaroos and wallabies, 18 emus, a wombat, five dingoes and a collection of snakes and colourful Australian birds ranging from the kookaburra with its remarkable laugh, to the cockatoos and galahs. He got them all last year when he spent 80 000 Pounds to buy Lone Pine Sanctuary in Brisbane, Qld. Since then he has increased its area from 25 acres to 47 acres. Peter Haycock feeds a kangaroo
